Job Description

  • Maintaining relationships with existing ones to ensure a diverse, reliable Network.
  • Negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
  • Raising, processing, and monitoring Purchase Orders (POs) in ZOHO Software and managing daily purchasing activities.
  • Managing import procedures, including Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and Customs House Agent (CHA) coordination. 
  • Monitoring stock levels, safety stock, and reorder points to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Coordinating with quality control teams for material approvals, testing, and handling returns or rejections.
