Job Summary:

We are looking for responsible and dedicated Site Engineers to conduct property inspections and collect the necessary details for property valuation reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visit residential, commercial, and other properties for valuation inspections.
• Inspect the property and collect land, building, and measurement details.
• Take photographs of the property, building, road access, and surroundings.
• Collect property documents and relevant information from the applicant or contact person.
• Record the property location, Google Maps coordinates, and site observations.
• Coordinate with the office team and report makers to ensure timely report completion.
• Complete assigned site visits within the specified timelines.
• Travel to different locations as per assigned work requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic knowledge of building construction and property measurements is preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Maps and smartphone applications.
• Good communication skills and willingness to travel for site visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
