• Key Responsibilities: Production OperationsSupervise PVC door production activities during assigned shifts.
• Ensure achievement of daily production targets as per production plan.
• Monitor extrusion, mixing, cooling, cutting, and stacking processes.
• Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.
• Minimize downtime and coordinate with maintenance teams for quick resolution of breakdowns.
• Quality Control;Ensure products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor sheet thickness, width, color consistency, and surface finish.
• Reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage.
• Implement corrective actions for quality deviations.
• Team ManagementAllocate work to operators, helpers, and machine technicians.
• Monitor employee attendance and discipline.
• Train and guide production personnel on SOPs and safety procedures.
• Maintain smooth shift handover and communication.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Promote safe working practices on the shop floor.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and maintain housekeeping standards (5S).
• Report and investigate safety incidents and near misses.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily production reports and shift reports.
• Record production output, downtime, material consumption, and rejection data.
• Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments.
• Support management with production performance analysis and improvement initiatives.
• Qualifications: EducationDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Plastics Technology, Polymer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3–8 years of experience in PVC roofing sheets, PVC extrusion, UPVC products, plastic sheets, or related manufacturing industries.
• Experience in handling production teams and shop-floor operations preferred.

Salary: Maximum gross up to 25 K PM.
