Job Description
1. Diploma / Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET)
- Job Profile: Working across the Machine shop, Assembly shop, and Disc manufacturing lines.
- Responsibilities: Operating CNC/VMC machines, monitoring casting and assembly processes, and conducting quality control checks to meet daily production targets.
- Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical (ME), Electrical and Electronics (EEE), or Automobile Engineering. [1, 2, 3, 4]
2. Plant / Supplier Quality Engineer
- Job Profile: Plant Supplier Quality Engineer or Customer Quality Engineer.
- Responsibilities: Investigating quality issues, applying APQP methodology for new processes, and implementing action plans to reduce defect rates for OE (Original Equipment) and aftermarket products. [1, 2, 3]
3. Production Supervisor / Engineer
- Job Profile: Production Shift Engineer.
- Responsibilities: Supervising floor operators, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, maintaining equipment efficiency, and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. [1, 2, 3]
