📌 Job Overview

Position: Accounts Payable Associate (L1/L2)

Job Type: Contract

Location: Chennai (Rotational Shifts)

Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Freshers: ₹22,000 CTC per month

Experienced (1 Year): ₹25,000 CTC per month

🎯 What You Will Do

Data Processing: Accurately and efficiently input invoice data (vendor info, invoice numbers, dates, amounts, line items) into the accounting system.

Workflow Management: Collaborate with team members to meet daily processing deadlines and ensure smooth workflows.

Problem Solving: Follow established procedures and escalate complex invoice exceptions or issues to supervisors.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on process changes, participate in training, and suggest process improvements.

🎓 Who We Are Looking For

Education: B.Com or BBM graduates or MBA (2025/2026 pass-outs welcome!) OR 10+2 with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Skills: * ⚡ Strong typing and data entry skills with high speed and accuracy.
