Presales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Presales Executive to support the sales team by understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and assisting in converting leads into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in the Real Estate or Facility Management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property/service information.

Handle incoming leads and conduct follow-up calls with potential customers.

Explain products, services, pricing, and key features to customers.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Coordinate with the sales team to qualify leads and schedule meetings/site visits.

Maintain customer and lead records in the CRM.

Address customer queries and provide timely information.

Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.

Support the sales team in achieving business and conversion targets.

Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with the team.

Requirements:

Both male and female candidates can apply.

Education: Graduate.

Intermediate English communication skills.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience in Real Estate & Facility Management is preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.

Good follow-up and lead management skills.

Shift: Day, Full Time

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
