Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact potential customers through calls, messages, and emails
• Explain property details, pricing, and project benefits to clients
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM
• Follow up with interested customers regularly
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to convert leads
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Qualification
• Any Graduate
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
