Job Description:
We are hiring a Telecaller for our premium real estate brokerage in Chennai. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to property inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing campaigns
- Answer inbound calls and address property-related queries
- Qualify leads based on budget, location, and requirement
- Schedule site visits and follow up with prospects
- Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheet daily
Requirements:
- Fluent in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus)
- Minimum 6 months of calling/telesales experience (any industry)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM)
- Good communication and convincing skills
Salary: ₹22,000 -30,000 plus incentives
