Field Officer – Merchant Relationship ManagementProject: Google Pay (GPay)

Locations: Patna / Chennai
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month
Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales
Job DescriptionWe are hiring Field Officers to manage existing Google Pay merchants, build strong merchant relationships, increase UPI transactions, and promote digital payment products.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage 200–300 existing merchant IDs (MIDs).
- Visit merchants regularly and maintain good relationships.
- Increase merchant transactions and reactivate inactive merchants.
- Resolve merchant payment and device-related issues.
- Promote Google Pay Soundpod and Goldie products.
- Improve merchant engagement and retention.
- Update daily field visits and follow-ups in the NetOne application.
- Achieve assigned business targets.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or merchant handling.
- Experience in GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, QR Code, Soundbox, POS or fintech is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Must be comfortable with daily field visits.
- Knowledge of the local language is preferred; basic Hindi is required.
Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in:
- Merchant Relationship Management
- QR Code / Soundbox Sales
- UPI Payments
- POS / EDC Machine Sales
- Merchant Activation and Retention
Maximum CTC: ₹30,000 per month
