Job Description
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plumbing systems.
Repair leaks in GI, CPVC, UPVC, HDPE, and PPR pipelines.
Install and maintain water supply, drainage, and sewage lines.
Maintain restroom fixtures including WC, wash basins, urinals, and faucets.
Operate and inspect domestic water pumps, booster pumps, and sump systems.
Clear drainage blockages and maintain rainwater pipelines.
Record daily maintenance activities and material consumption.
Coordinate with MEP and Facility teams during emergency repairs.
