Planning Engineer

Job Opening – Planning HeadVVR South India Properties LLP is looking for an experienced and proactive Planning Head to join our growing team.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle and review CAD files, engineering drawings, and architectural plans.
• Plan and coordinate daily activities for engineering and execution teams.
• Follow up with engineers and site teams to ensure timely completion of work.
• Coordinate with the purchase department for material planning and requirements.
• Handle engineering-related purchase coordination and approvals.
• Monitor project schedules, work progress, and execution timelines.
• Ensure proper communication between planning, execution, and purchase teams.
• Maintain updated project records, drawings, and planning reports.
• Requirements:Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
• Ability to understand and manage engineering plans and execution schedules.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills with multiple departments.
• Experience in handling engineering purchase coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage execution teams and project timelines effectively.
• Qualification:BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction planning and coordination.
