Piping Engineer and Designer

Piping - Engineer/Designer

• Review and evaluate engineering deliverables including Piping & Valve Material Specifications, Pipe Support Standards, Equipment Layouts, Safety Layouts, and 3D Models
• Strong working knowledge of engineering practices, economic principles, design calculations, and piping system design methodologies
• Proficient in applying international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, DNV, etc.), along with company procedures and specifications
• Experience in preparation and coordination of Design Change Instructions (DCI) and Modification/Management Change Instructions (MCI) through Engineering Manager
• Solid understanding of piping design documentation, including:
  • P&IDs
  • Isometrics
  • General Arrangement (GA) drawings
  • Material Take-Offs (MTO)
• Ability to ensure design compliance, safety, and constructability in offshore and industrial environments
• Skilled in reviewing 3D models for clash detection, layout optimization, and accessibility
• Strong attention to quality, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
