Picker / Packer

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using pick lists, barcodes, or electronic scanners.
• Quality Control: Inspect items for defects, damage, or missing parts before preparing them for shipment.
• Packaging: Select the appropriate boxes, crates, or envelopes and use protective materials (like bubble wrap) to prevent transit damage.
• Labeling & Sealing: Securely tape packages, weigh them, and apply accurate shipping and barcode labels.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing the warehouse, and reporting low stock or discrepancies to supervisors.
