Job Description: Pharmacy Assistant/Sales Associate

Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Location: Medavakkam, Chennai

Eligibility: B.Pharm (preferred) / Any Degree (pursuing or completed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions accurately and promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries regarding medications, dosages, and health products.
• Support inventory management, including restocking shelves, checking expiry dates, and maintaining proper storage of medicines.
• Operate billing systems to process transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Educate customers on the use of over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
• Comply with all pharmacy regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is a plus.
