Job Description
Courier Operations Executive
Location: Chennai
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Courier Operations Executive to join our growing logistics team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily courier booking and shipment processing.
- Coordinate parcel pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status.
- Maintain shipment records and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and branch offices.
- Ensure timely dispatch and resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, WhatsApp).
- Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic English is preferred.
- Prior experience in courier, logistics, or transportation is mandatory
- Honest, punctual, and able to work independently
