Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of irthlife and contribute to the company’s continued growth. The role will involve tracking and maintaining business data through Google Sheets, monitoring orders, inventory and sales, coordinating with internal teams and business partners, and managing day-to-day Shopify operations and marketing campaigns.

The candidate will also be responsible for identifying operational gaps, improving existing processes, and developing efficient systems and workflows to support business scalability. The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and capable of taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity and growing along with the organisation.
