Job Description
Mokshaa is looking for a Customer Support & Sales Executive to assist customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and video consultations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful sales while delivering a premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other online channels.
- Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their occasion, preferences, and budget.
- Conduct video consultations and provide personalized styling assistance.
- Follow up with customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and enquiry details.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over phone and video calls.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in customer support, retail sales, telesales, or fashion retail is preferred.
- Passion for fashion and styling is an added advantage.
