  • Admin Executive – Job Responsibilities
  • An Admin Executive is responsible for managing overall office administration and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Handle office administration and coordinate daily activities
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and asset inventory
  • Support HR and accounts-related administrative tasks
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Monitor housekeeping, security, and facility management
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and communication activities
  • Maintain employee attendance and administrative records
  • Coordinate AMC/service calls for office equipment and systems
  • Assist in filing, scanning, photocopying, and document handling
  • Handle inward/outward courier and dispatch activities
