- Admin Executive – Job Responsibilities
- An Admin Executive is responsible for managing overall office administration and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle office administration and coordinate daily activities
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and asset inventory
- Support HR and accounts-related administrative tasks
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and facility management
- Handle courier, dispatch, and communication activities
- Maintain employee attendance and administrative records
- Coordinate AMC/service calls for office equipment and systems
- Assist in filing, scanning, photocopying, and document handling
- Handle inward/outward courier and dispatch activities
