Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Must be available on Mondays & Fridays for stock dispatch activities)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Office Assistant to support daily office operations, coordinate with key internal teams, and assist in logistics tasks such as picking and packing ice cream stock for store deliveries. The ideal candidate should be organized, collaborative, and willing to work hands-on with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general office administration and clerical duties
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with the Accounts Team, Supply Chain, and Admin Team
• Assist with picking and packing ice cream stock for delivery
• Help prepare stock for dispatch to retail stores every Monday and Friday
• Ensure proper labelling, packaging, and documentation before shipment
• Maintain office supplies and assist in inventory tracking
• Coordinate communication between departments and external partners
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
