Non IT Recruiter

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with strong sourcing skills and experience in end-to-end recruitment. Candidates with prior experience in EPC recruitment will be preferred. Experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, BPO, and Blue-Collar hiring will be an added advantage.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for various Non-IT positions, from sourcing to offer coordination and joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Prioritize EPC hiring requirements, including engineering, technical, project, and site-based positions.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Manage bulk hiring and Blue-Collar recruitment requirements, ensuring timely closure of positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure interview attendance and successful joining.
• Coordinate salary negotiations, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely submission of relevant candidate profiles.
• Required SkillsStrong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract suitable candidates for Non-IT positions.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes, job portals, Boolean search, and candidate screening.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within tight deadlines.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented approach with a focus on quality submissions and successful closures.
• Preferred ExperienceEPC recruitment experience is preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, and BPO recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in Blue-Collar hiring and bulk recruitment will be highly advantageous.
