Job Description

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, lighting, distribution boards, and power equipment.
  • Carry out minor plumbing repairs, including leakage rectification, replacement of taps, valves, pipelines, and sanitary fittings.
  • Perform basic HVAC maintenance, including filter cleaning, inspection, and troubleshooting.
  • Attend and close maintenance complaints within the agreed service levels.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and utilities to identify potential issues.
  • Maintain daily maintenance logs, checklists, and service reports.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and vendors during major maintenance activities.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good condition.
  • Support emergency maintenance activities and breakdown response as required.
