BIM Modeler for Structural Precast and Tall Buildings

Minimum 5 to 10 years, preferably in Residential and Commercial precast & tall buildings projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for structural discipline using software such as Tekla (Precast), Revit etc. and generate the shop drawings from model along with quantity take off.
• Prepare detailed CAD drawings for structural discipline using AutoCAD, RC CAD including the reinforcement BBS & quantity take off.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with defined standards, IS codes (detailing) etc.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve issues within multi-disciplinary drawings.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all drafting and modelling outputs.
• Collaborate with engineers to coordinate the design inputs/ information.

 Qualifications & Skills

Proficiency in BIM Tekla (Precast), Revit, Navisworks etc.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, RC CAD.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and industry standards.
• Ability to understand the architectural and engineering designs.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
