Mechanical Engineer Grease Lubrication Systems (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• Design and development of automatic grease lubrication units for pitch and yaw bearings and gears in wind turbines together with external suppliers
• Preparation of design specification, functional specification and validation plan
• Coordination with other departments like Quality, Sourcing, Material Management and Service for ensuring the end-to-end view of those systems
• Qualification of new suppliers
• Support to DFMEA development and quality analysis

 

YOUR PROFILE:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable university degree.
• 3+ years of experience with grease lubrication systems, preferably in the wind industry sector.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable to work in multi-national, multi-cultural teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
• Ability to manage projects and to work as a team with good analytical skills and the flexibility and dynamism in the execution of tasks.
• Fluent English, ideally skills in German and/or Spanish.
