Maintenance Technician

ELECTRICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Electrical installation and maintenance
• LT panel operation and maintenance
• DG set and UPS operation
• Transformer and motor maintenance
• Cable termination and fault identification
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Reading electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLDs)
• Use of electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers (megger), and earth testers
• Basic knowledge of fire alarm and emergency electrical systems

PLUMBER JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Plumbing installation and maintenance
• Water supply and distribution systems
• Sanitary and drainage systems
• Sewage and storm water management
• Pump operation and maintenance
• Leak detection and rectification
• Pipe threading, cutting, welding, and jointing
• Reading plumbing layouts and drawings
• Knowledge of plumbing tools and testing equipment
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance
