Job Title: Production Operator (Wind Mill)

Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Production Operators to join our wind mill manufacturing team. Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates will be offered a salary based on their relevant experience and skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery and equipment safely.
• Assemble wind mill components as per work instructions.
• Perform routine quality checks during production.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area (5S).
• Report machine issues or production defects to supervisors.
• Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and material handling as required.
• EligibilityQualification: ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th Pass (Candidates with relevant manufacturing experience are also welcome.)
• Experience:Freshers can apply.
• Experienced candidates with production/manufacturing experience are preferred.
• SalaryFreshers: ₹15,000 per month
• Experienced Candidates: Salary will be offered based on relevant experience and skills.
