Hiring: Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) On Role

🎓 Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

🕒 Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support mechanical maintenance of CNC machines and special-purpose equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on CNC machines (ball screws, pneumatic systems, gear systems)
• Handle special-purpose machines (grinding, polishing, ovens, pumps)
• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
• Work on conveyors, sensors, fixtures, and interlock systems
• Support machine installation, alignment, and commissioning
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and ISO documentation
• Required Skills:Basic knowledge of CNC machine maintenance
• Familiarity with pneumatic systems and mechanical components
• Understanding of maintenance practices (PM, PdM)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
