LEAD KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

 


 

 

 

Role Profile

 Key Account (SULB)

Strengthening distribution network,

- Building relationships and deepening existing relationships and Increasing Wallet Share from Existing distribution network.

- Scaling up business across all products of MFL.

- Strong Analytical skills

- Strong internal and external stakeholder management

- Build strong relationships with higher-ups in the distribution networks

- Stay on top of business through regular MISs and followup

- Ability to drill down to the field level to ensure continuous business growth

- Team management

- Own the P&L of his team

- Coordination with internal stakeholders (Operations, Product, Tech & Legal teams) for handling end to end responsibilities of the partnership and act as a bridge to deliver all the requirements of the distribution network.

- Solving problems through structured thinking, project planning and hands-on execution.

- Analysis of the gaps in the existing process and optimization of the same as strategic projects

- Identify new sales leads, pitch products and maintain fruitful relationships.

- Be proactive about solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as and when they emerge
