Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day layout development and site activities.
  • Monitor land clearing, levelling and road formation work.
  • Oversee drainage, fencing and other infrastructure development.
  • Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors and labourers.
  • Ensure work is completed as per approved layout plans.
  • Monitor material usage, work quality and project progress.
  • Ensure timely completion of development activities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management.
  • Maintain site safety and discipline.
