Job Summary

The Kitchen Helper is responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, handling kitchen equipment safely, and ensuring timely order preparation in accordance with company SOPs and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and ingredient handling.
• Prepare and pack customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Wash utensils and ensure proper storage of kitchen equipment.
• Receive, check, and store inventory as per SOP.
• Support stock counting and inventory management.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Dispose of waste as per company guidelines.
• Assist the kitchen team during peak hours.
• Follow instructions from the Kitchen Coach/Shift Manager.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (Higher qualifications preferred)
• Prior experience in a restaurant/QSR is an added advantage.
• Freshers can also apply.
