Job Description

About the Role:


Falcon Lab is developing an indigenous IoT-based air quality monitoring device with 4G/LTE connectivity and a web-based dashboard. We are looking for an experienced IoT Solution Architect to transform our existing prototype into a reliable, scalable and commercially viable product.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end IoT architecture integrating sensors, embedded hardware, firmware, cloud and web dashboards.
  • Integrate PM2.5, PM10, NO₂, SO₂, temperature, humidity and other sensors.
  • Implement 4G/LTE connectivity, MQTT, APIs and reliable data transmission.
  • Develop cloud infrastructure, real-time dashboards, alerts and reporting.
  • Implement device security, remote diagnostics and OTA firmware updates.
  • Lead product integration, testing, troubleshooting and field deployment.
  • Coordinate with hardware vendors and software developers to achieve production readiness.
  • Required SkillsStrong experience in IoT architecture and embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of ESP32/STM32, C/C++, MQTT, REST APIs and LTE modules.
  • Experience with AWS IoT, Azure IoT or equivalent cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Python/Node.js, databases and web dashboards.
  • Experience in sensor integration, debugging and product development.


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, ECE, EEE, Instrumentation, Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Experience: Experience in environmental monitoring, industrial IoT, air quality sensors or connected hardware product development.
