Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team and work on residential interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing designs, and coordinating with the execution team to ensure the project is completed as per the approved design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and develop suitable interior design concepts.
• Prepare 2D layouts, furniture plans, and detailed drawings.
• Create 3D interior designs and presentations for clients.
• Prepare working drawings and coordinate with the site team.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, colours, and furniture based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, site engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Make design modifications based on client feedback.
• Ensure the design is practical and suitable for site execution.
• Visit project sites when required and support the execution team.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in residential interior design.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering software will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of furniture design, materials, and interior finishes.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to project sites in Chennai.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates with experience in residential interiors, modular kitchen, wardrobes, false ceiling, furniture design, and turnkey interior projects will be preferred.
