• Design and develop instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes.
• Install, test, and calibrate instruments such as sensors, transmitters, analyzers, and control valves.
• Monitor and maintain control systems to ensure continuous operation and reliability.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of instrumentation failures.
• Work with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems for process control.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and process teams for smooth operations.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance of instruments.
• Assist in commissioning and startup of new projects/equipment.
• Strong knowledge of process instrumentation (pressure, flow, level, temperature).
• Experience with PLC (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), DCS, and SCADA systems.
