Job Description
Key Responsibilities
•
Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to explain our programs and services.
•
Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions to help them begin their health transformation journey.
•
Manage and update leads, interactions, and progress in CRM tools accurately.
•
Follow up with potential leads to drive conversion and ensure smooth onboarding.
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance trust and retention.
•
Handle customer concerns and queries with empathy and professionalism.
Required Skills & Competencies
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional any south regional languages preferred).
•
Confident, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
•
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
•
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
•
A positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow in a high-performance environment.
