Role Overview

We’re looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Inside Sales Executives with 0–3 year of experience who enjoy speaking with customers, understanding their needs, handling objections, and converting conversations into qualified opportunities.

This is a full-time opportunity where you’ll receive structured onboarding, product training, mentoring, and continuous support to help you build a strong career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
• Understand customer requirements and present the company’s products/services effectively.
• Handle customer questions and objections confidently and professionally.
• Qualify prospects based on business needs, interest, and purchase intent.
• Follow up with leads through calls and other appropriate communication channels.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and call records in the CRM.
• Consistently work towards daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Participate in daily sales reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
• Continuously improve product knowledge, communication skills, and sales pitch based on feedback.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates with 0–3 year of experience in inside sales, telecalling, business development, customer support, or other customer-facing roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Candidates from any degree background.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English and any one of Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu.
• Confident in speaking with customers over the phone and comfortable with high-volume calling.
• Positive, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
• Comfortable handling rejection and consistently following up with prospects.
• Willing to work full-time from the Chennai office.
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
