Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Industrial Automation Trainer who can deliver highquality training sessions on industrial automation concepts and tools. The candidate should be capable of handling both theoretical and practical sessions and mentoring students towards industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on Industrial Automation concepts including PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors, and Instrumentation.
• Conduct hands-on practical sessions in lab environments.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assignments.
• Explain real-time industrial applications and case studies.
• Guide students in projects and interview preparation.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and assessments.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper usage of automation tools.
• Coordinate with the academic team for scheduling and course improvements.
• Provide placement-oriented training and technical support.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge in:

• PLC Programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi)
• SCADA & HMI Systems o Industrial Sensors & Instrumentation
• Electrical & Control Systems
• Understanding of industrial automation systems such as robotics and process control
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical way
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in EEE / ECE / Mechatronics / Instrumentation or related field

Experience: 1 to 3 years (Freshers with strong knowledge can also apply)

Immediate joiners preferred
