Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Visit customer locations for installation, servicing, and maintenance of machines/equipment.
  • Attend breakdown complaints and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Identify mechanical and electrical problems and provide suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with customers and understand their technical requirements.
  • Prepare service reports and maintain records of service activities.
  • Support the after-sales service team and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
  • Coordinate with the design/production team whenever technical support is required.
  • Travel to customer locations as per service requirements.
