URGENT HIRING – HR RECRUITER📍 Location: Porur, Chennai

💼 Experience: 1–3 Years

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)

⏰ Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday

👥 Industry: Manufacturing / Staffing

• 🎯 Job RoleEnd-to-end recruitment for Blue Collar & Manufacturing positions
• Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, WhatsApp, referrals & social media
• Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Handle bulk hiring for ITI, Diploma & Engineering candidates
• Coordinate interviews with clients/companies
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS
• Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets
• ✅ RequirementsAny Graduate
• 1–3 years of HR Recruitment experience
• Experience in Blue Collar / Manufacturing recruitment preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Should be comfortable with calling and target-based recruitment
• Knowledge of Apna / Naukri / social media sourcing is an advantage
