HR Recruiter

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will support business goals by ensuring a positive work environment and efficient HR processes.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Handle employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Address employee grievances and ensure workplace harmony
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records
• Conduct performance management processes
• Support organizational development and culture-building activities
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Proficiency in MS Office / HR software (HRMS tools preferred)
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Preferred Qualifications:MBA / PGDM in HR (for mid/senior roles)
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations
• Certification in HR or related field (optional)
