HR Manager

HR Manager | Aqua Pure Plus : We are looking for a proactive, disciplined and people-focused HR Manager to manage the complete employee lifecycle and build a strong performance-driven culture at Aqua Pure Plus.

The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, employee documentation, HRMS management, performance reviews, training coordination, employee engagement, disciplinary processes, policy implementation, statutory-compliance coordination, and exit formalities.

The role will work closely with department heads to ensure the right manpower is recruited on time, employee attendance and productivity are monitored, KRAs/KPIs are reviewed, appraisal processes are completed, and employee concerns are handled professionally. The HR Manager should also maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR MIS/reports for management, coordinate meetings and training programs, and directly support management in building a responsible, accountable and growth-oriented team culture.

Requirements: Any relevant degree/MBA in HR preferred, 2–5+ years of HR experience, strong recruitment and people-management skills, knowledge of HRMS/payroll processes and labour-compliance basics, excellent communication and leadership ability, good MS Office/reporting skills, and the ability to independently handle day-to-day HR operations.
