Key Responsibilities

✔ End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition

✔ Payroll management and HR operations

✔ Employee on boarding & exit formalities

✔ Employee engagement and performance management

✔ Preparing and managing Job Descriptions (JDs)

✔ Handling employee records, policies, and compliance

✔ Managing employee relations and team coordination

Required Skills

✅ Strong leadership and communication skills

✅ Experience in handling complete HR functions independently

✅ Knowledge of payroll systems and labour compliance

✅ Excellent organizational and people management abilities
