HR Executive

Job Summary The HR Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing site-level recruitment, manpower deployment, and employee onboarding while ensuring that all joining formalities and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

·       Collect manpower requirements from site/project managers.

·       Source candidates through job fairs, job melas, campus drives, participating in government job fairs, job portals, references, agencies, and local recruitment initiatives.

·       Screen candidates according to job requirements.

·       Coordinate interviews with the relevant department/site manager.

·       Maintain candidate and recruitment trackers.

·       Coordinate the selection process, salary discussions, and offer confirmations.

·       Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.

2. Employee Onboarding

·       Collect and verify required employee documents.

·       Complete joining formalities and maintain employee records.

·       Create and update employee details in the HRMS and attendance systems.

·       Conduct site inductions and explain company policies and site rules.

·       Coordinate the provision of ID cards, uniforms, PPE, accommodation, and transportation, where applicable.

·       Coordinate employee deployment with the relevant supervisor.

3. Post-Onboarding

·       Monitor new joiners during their initial onboarding period.

·       Coordinate with supervisors regarding attendance and deployment.

·       Address routine employee queries and escalate issues when required.

·       Track new-joiner retention and early exits.

• Knowledge of blue-collar / ITI / Diploma recruitment is an added advantage.
