Housekeeping Staff – Job Description

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas according to hotel standards.
• Replenish room amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies as required.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation are maintained at all times.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and any guest concerns to the supervisor.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and grooming standards.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests whenever required.
• Support the housekeeping team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
