Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Heat Treatment Technician (Fresher) to join our production team. The candidate will assist in performing heat treatment processes on metal components to achieve desired mechanical properties such as hardness, strength, and durability.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in carrying out heat treatment processes such as annealing, hardening, tempering, and quenching

-Load and unload materials into furnaces safely

-Monitor furnace temperature, pressure, and cycle times

-Support senior technicians and engineers in daily operations

-Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or related field

-Basic knowledge of heat treatment processes is an advantage

-Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment

-Basic understanding of safety practices

-Ability to work in shifts if required
