Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with financial service processes and documentation.
• Maintain customer records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with clients regarding account-related services and follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries professionally through phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Eligibility: Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, BE/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, or equivalent). Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Willingness to learn financial services operations.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Salary: ₹17,000–₹20,500 per month (Based on interview performance)
