Healthcare AR Caller

Responsibilities:

Call insurance companies to check claim status.

Follow up on unpaid or denied claims.

Understand reasons for denial and take action to fix the issue.

Update notes in the system after every call.

Work on AR aging buckets (30/60/90/120 days).

Coordinate with billing, coding, and payment posting teams.

Meet daily and monthly targets for productivity and collections.

Follow HIPAA and company policies.

Requirements:

1–2 years experience in medical billing AR calling.

Good communication skills.

Basic knowledge of U.S. healthcare and insurance.

Ability to work in night shift (US shift).

Any degree or diploma.

Skills:

Good phone handling.

Understanding of EOB/ERA.

Problem-solving.
