Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Head to lead and drive the overall business growth of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for sales strategy, revenue generation, team management, customer relationship management, and expanding the company’s market presence across IT Infrastructure and Technology Solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, business acumen, and experience in handling enterprise customers, OEM relationships, and sales operations.



Key

  • ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead and manage Sales, Pre-Sales, and Business Development teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, Servers, Storage, and Managed Services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, OEMs, channel partners, and vendors.
  • Drive strategic sales initiatives and key account management activities.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and business performance metrics.
  • Prepare business plans, market analysis, and revenue projections.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client engagement.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, business events, and industry forums.

  • Proven track record in achieving revenue targets
  • Experience handling enterprise and corporate clients
  • Strong exposure to OEM/vendor coordination
  • Candidates from relevant industry background preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years in leadership or senior sales management role
