• 💰 Salary & BenefitsStarting Salary (Fresher/Beginner): ₹7,500 – ₹9,000 per month(Part time)
• Experienced Salary (Retail/Customer Service $\ge$ 2 years): ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Part time)

📝 Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)As a GSA, you are the face of Timezone. Your primary role is to ensure every guest has a REMARKABLE experience.

• Guest Experience: Greet all guests with a cheerful and welcoming attitude, helping them navigate the venue and games.
• Game Support: Assist guests with game operation, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure all gaming zones are tidy and safe.
• Sales & Service: Handle cash and card transactions, load/recharge power cards, and actively promote ongoing offers and party packages.
• Venue Management: Ensure all public areas are clean, presentable, and comply with safety standards.
• Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a quick resolution-focused approach.
• ✅ Required QualificationsMinimum Education: 12th Pass / Higher Secondary.
• Experience: Previous experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication (English/Local Language), a positive attitude, and an ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Gender: Only Male candidates are being considered for this specific vacancy.
