Mechanical Engineering Team Lead - Wind Power

Group Lead Machinery & Components / Mechanical Internals, Homologations and Lifecycle

Your Tasks:

-Lead and manage the team, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.

-Lead and be responsible of mechanical design optimizations inside Nacelle and Hub

- Optimize and refine processes and methods to increase efficiency.

- Planning, controlling and coordination of team tasks.

- Review of work results from team members.

- Mentor and support team members in their professional development and daily responsibilities.

- Represent the team and its deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.

- Handle performance management, workload distribution, and conflict resolution within the team.  -

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

 Your Profile:

•   Degree in Mechanical Engineering
•  +5 years preferred experience in the wind power industry
•   Design of mechanical parts
