About the Role

Houselink360 is looking for a creative, versatile Graphic Designer + AI Content Creator + Video Editor to join our marketing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can design, edit, and create scroll-stopping content across social media, real estate marketing collateral, and video platforms — while also leveraging AI tools to speed up and elevate content production. If you love staying on top of design trends, reels, and the latest AI creative tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Design creatives for social media posts (Instagram, Facebook)

* Edit Instagram Reels with trending formats, transitions, and effects

* Edit YouTube videos including intros, cuts, captions, and pacing

* Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails optimized for clicks

* Create property brochures and real estate marketing collateral

* Generate AI-powered images and videos for campaigns and content

* Develop Facebook & Instagram ad creatives and organic content

* Produce brand marketing materials (banners, flyers, digital assets)

* Stay current with social media trends and adapt content strategy accordingly

Skills Required

* Adobe Photoshop

* Adobe Illustrator / Canva

* Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut

* After Effects (basic level)

* ChatGPT (for content ideation, captions, scripting)

* AI creative tools — Midjourney, Runway, Kling, or similar

* Strong understanding of social media content strategy and platform best practices

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus

* Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply

* Good eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
