Job Description
• The role involves 75% field work and 25% calling activities.
• Daily onboarding of a minimum of 2 Delivery Executives (DEs) per day
• Ensure First Order Delivery (FOD) is completed for all newly onboarded DEs.
• Collect competitor earning screenshots regularly for benchmarking purposes.
• Conduct daily meetings with Delivery Executives (minimum 40 DEs per day).
• Drive engagement, performance improvement, and resolve on-ground issues proactively.
The Fleet Manager is expected to take full ownership of the zone, ensure consistent onboarding, improve activation metrics, and maintain strong engagement with DEs.
